The International Society of Nephrology (ISN) is pleased to offer a limited number of travel grants to young nephrologists who wish to participate in the Nexus Symposium on Bone and the Kidney. The amount of the grant is calculated to cover travel and 3 nights' accommodation. The amounts of the grant are a set fee but they vary according to the geographical origin of recipient. The recipient will make his own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Free registration to the Symposium and social events is also included. The number of grants is limited and the applications from candidates are reviewed by the ISN and the co-chairs of the symposium. The grants will be paid AFTER the event.
Applications are open to young nephrologists from countries with emerging economies (gross national income per capita up to the "upper middle income" bracket per the World Banks criteria).
