Bone and Kidney

In chronic kidney disease, a severe breakdown in the crucial balance between bone, kidney and vasculature exists, where the cross-talk and interaction largely remain without translation. The ”Bone and the Kidney” Nexus Symposium seeks to bridge this gap by focusing on cutting-edge knowledge in physiology, pathophysiology, and treatment, relating to the disorders of bone and mineral metabolism and cardiovascular disease CKD.

ISN’s 2013 World Congress of Nephrology, hosted by the Hong Kong Society of Nephrology in partnership with the Asian Pacific Society of Nephrology will take place in Hong Kong from May May 31 to June 4, 2013.
